Birdeye is the top-rated reputation management and digital customer experience platform for local brands and multi-location businesses. Over 150,000 businesses leverage Birdeye’s AI-powered platform to engage seamlessly with customers, drive loyalty, and excel in their local markets.

    • One of the first projects that I led at Birdeye was the Birdeye Chrome Extension to help our customers generate and capture leads from any webpage on the internet, send review requests and surveys with a single-click. It was built to be fast, lightweight (only 688KB), and secure. With features like auto contact info detection, caching, blocklists, and many more, it was quickly and widely adopted with over 600 downloads and being featured on the webstore for following the best technical practices.

    • My team worked extensively on the Campaigns and Platform modules at Birdeye, developing new features, improvements and maintaining application stability. The streamlined issue reporting workflow within the organization helped our team to efficiently identify and fix bugs in the application within minutes of being reported.

    • Our team helped land multiple clients with ACV over $50,000 by developing features listed in feature requests and improving the ones that already exist through comprehensive competitor analysuc and user experience surveys.

Working at Birdeye gives me an opportunity to develop and manage large scale applications, creating a big impact.

    SDE Frontend

Zoniqx is a silicon valley based Web3 company, that are among the pioneers of real-world asset tokenization.

    • Zoniqx (at the time Realto) wanted to finish the V2 version of their tokenization platform when I joined the frontend team. I helped finish the Issuance portal, Investor portal and created a homepage personalisation feature. In the following months, our team helped stabilize the frontend and launch the product as Tassets.
    • In April 2023, I led our move to Vite, pnpm, Turborepo, and Typescript only. This move converted two monolithic codebases into a single monorepo and cut down our build times 90% from 14min average to 1min 30sec average, reduced 40% lines of code, and helped us get a more robust developer experience and introduce less bugs during development.
    • The V3 version of this multi-tenant tokenization platform was built from scratch using React, Tailwind, NestJS and Wagmi, with me designing and building most of frontend. This platform is used by financial institutions like RedSwan, Monolith Ventures, and accounts for almost $50M in tokenized assets.
    • In April 2024, as part of my final project, I created a wallet provider agnostic transaction handling system that can be switched on the fly by the clients for their end users.

Throughout my time at Zoniqx, I was able to work on challenging problems and establish the latest frontend practices, patterns, optimizations and ensuring a better and typesafe developer experience.
